Effective April 1, 2008, the fees for plans which are timely submitted for review by the Architecture Committee will be as follows:
1. Work not involving the addition of any square footage ญญญญญญญ- $350.00
2. Additions or new construction of 1 to 750 square feet - $750.00
3. Additions or new construction of 751 to 1500 square feet - $1,500.00
4. Additions or new construction of 1501 square feet or more - $3,500.00
